IT Business Analyst for Financial Consolidation and Tax Reporting

The IT Business Analyst, Financial Consolidation & Tax Reporting is a key role within our organization, responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams. This individual will provide techno-functional support to daily operational business processes, propose, design, and implement new requirements and enhancements to our solutions.
Key responsibilities include frequent engagement with business leaders, customers, and the IT organization to understand how changes to services, products, software, and hardware can add value to the organization. This role requires assessing the feasibility of these ideas in terms of financial, technological, and functional boundaries.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM - FCCS and TRCS environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
- Experience with financial consolidation and tax reporting processes
