About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Engineer with expertise in supply chain management and production organization to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain, industrializing our portfolio, and planning manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage procurement relationships to optimize our supply chain.
  2. Collaborate with the Engineering team to define the Bill of Materials for R&D projects.
  3. Work with the Supply Chain Manager to develop a strategic plan for the area.
  4. Lead the industrialization process of our systems.
  5. Implement and optimize production and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in industrial organization or equivalent field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
  3. Proven experience in supply chain management.
  4. Clear vision in continuous improvement methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles.
  6. Ability to travel to audit our Supply Chain.
