**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead design projects in operational data centers, focusing on remediation, upgrades, and adding new services. As a key member of our Fleet Remediation Team, you will provide lifecycle support from design through implementation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the design for existing data center upgrades and develop innovative solutions that add data center infrastructure, capacity, improve availability, and increase sustainability.
- Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions, supporting construction, commissioning, and turnover.
- Be detail-oriented and data-driven, with familiarity with design/construction processes.
- Build trust and relationships with various stakeholders, including Operations, Commissioning, Construction, and Design teams.
**A Day in the Life**
As an Electrical Engineer on our team, you will interact with diverse teams responsible for data center operations. You will mentor and oversee the work of junior engineers, working on projects locally and globally, with up to 25% travel.

The Fleet Remediation Team is a multidisciplinary engineering team that delivers engineering design support to operational AWS data centers. We ensure safety, availability, and resilience of data center infrastructure.
