**Financial Planning and Analysis Role in Arxada's Barcelona Facility**

In this FP&A role, you will be part of financial planning, analysis, and decision support, as well as financial compliance and reporting. You will collaborate primarily with the FP&A team and support other finance colleagues in business units, corporate finance, and other finance functions. This position is located at our Center of Excellence facility in Barcelona, Spain, and requires a hybrid work model (three days in office, two days remote).
The successful candidate will provide critical support to the FP&A manager, focusing on cash flow analysis and forecasting, particularly net working capital. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting financial planning and analysis processes, such as monthly closing, outlooks, and annual budget processes;
- Business partnering with Supply Chain & Procurement for inventory tracking and planning, cost control, business decision support, reporting, and KPIs;
- Partnering effectively with other finance and business functions to provide analysis and decision support;
- Collaborating with BU Controllers and other finance functions to ensure state-of-the-art financial systems and processes that maximize functional efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Master's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling;
- 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, including previous internships;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with finance tools like SAP, One Stream, and Business Intelligence Solutions like Power BI;
- An analytical mindset and ability to deliver results in a high-performance environment;
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English;
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
