As a key member of our Corporate Finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation of our annual operating plan, performing forecasting, and providing visibility into business results to enable informed business decisions.
**Responsibilities**
- Operating Planning and Forecasting: Support management to create an annual operating plan aligned to our strategic plan and perform forecasting to provide visibility into business results.
- Management Reporting and Financial Close Activities: Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc management reports, ensuring financial reporting accuracy and collaborating with shared services organizations to mitigate financial and business risks.
- Business Analysis: Use a deep understanding of objectives, issues, and root causes to provide insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems.
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in Finance with a focus on Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Proficiency in Dutch language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
