About the Role
Vestas is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and solving logistical tasks for the Sales Business Units, Construction Tools Hub's, Global Procurement, and Technology & Service Solutions under the overall strategies of Construction Tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling of customer orders from the individual SBU projects or Service units.
- Coordinating transportation between Construction Tools Hub and worldwide allocated customer.
- Control stocks availability and provide solutions to avoid Project stops.
- Coordination and contact with suppliers.
- Logistic and Technical support to construction sites and service operations.
- Logistic and Technical support to the regional Construction Tools warehouses.
Requirements
- University Degree (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or similar).
- Around 3 years of experience from a leading role within warehousing, logistics or supply chain activities.
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in following software: SAP (PE01) or equivalent ERP software, SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management and Microsoft Office.
