About the Role:

Omega CRM is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing practice, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing automation and martech solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Marketing Automation Strategy: Investigate, create, and recommend cutting-edge marketing automation and martech solutions to drive business growth.
  2. Analysis and Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis on marketing automation and martech solution implementations to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Architecture Design: Assist in high-level architecture design for marketing automation and martech solution implementations by selecting the most suitable platform.
  4. Cloud Marketing Infrastructure: Implement infrastructure and functional cloud marketing architecture to support business objectives.
  5. Automated Communications: Create policies for activating automated communications that map the customer's journey, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  6. Functional and Specialized Tasks: Perform basic functional and specialized marketing tasks to support marketing initiatives.
  7. Process Optimization: Ensure that automated cloud communication activations are effectively utilized to drive business results.
  8. Cloud Implementation: Decide which processes are suitable and necessary to be executed in the cloud for implementing marketing automation solutions.
  9. Automation Assets: Determine the assets and organization of automations that best fit the cloud implementation.
  10. Functional Consulting: Provide functional consulting services to ensure that automated communication processes run smoothly.
  11. Marketing Automation Processes: Implement automated communications and marketing automation processes to meet customer needs at various touchpoints.
  12. Technological Advancements: Implement the latest technological advancements and marketing technology solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
  13. Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct test trials, diagnose errors, and resolve issues in the use of marketing automation and martech tools.
  14. Process Documentation: Document processes and track system performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  2. Ampscript Knowledge: Knowledge with Ampscript is a plus.
  3. Database Management: Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.
  4. Automation Software: Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.
  5. CRM Platforms: Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  6. Marketing Project Management: Knowledge to manage marketing projects.
  7. Language Skills: Advanced level of English. Another language is desirable.
