Strategic Product Development Manager for Digital Transactions

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Development Manager to lead the localization of our AI-based Document Data product in Spain and drive the expansion of our Risk Management product.
Main Responsibilities:
- Discovery targeting the Spanish market for our AI-based Document verification product:
Market Analysis
Analyze the challenges faced by our target sectors, including regulatory developments and competition offerings.
Determine the business strategy and market trends that will inform our product vision.
Validate product features based on business opportunities.
- Product Roadmap:
Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to develop a product roadmap aligning with our strategic goals and OKRs.
Write high-level specifications for product developments to address market challenges.
Define the value proposition, positioning, and key differentiators versus competitors.
- Customer Centricity:
Monitor sales performance and customer adoption, proposing product actions accordingly.
Engage with end-users, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to gather feedback, understand needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
RequirementsWe seek a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on KYC and AI-based document verification, ideally within a B2B SaaS Software publisher.
- Strong customer-centricity, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing electronic signatures and KYC processes (e.g., eIDAS, AML regulations) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) is a plus.
- Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is desirable.
- Proficiency in English (min C1); proficiency in French is a significant plus.
We provide a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with:
