Product RoadmapDevelop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with compliance and security requirements, ensuring our products meet relevant regulations and standards.
Product ManagementLead the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
Market ResearchConduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to electronic signatures and digital certificates.
Customer CentricityEngage with end-users, customer success, support, sales to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Define Clear Product RequirementsDefine product requirements, creating detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, to be passed on to UX and engineering.
Backlog PrioritizationPrioritize backlog based on customer feedback, business goals, and resources available.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with engineering, marketing, finance, sales, customer support, design, and other teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth.
Documentation and TrainingCreate comprehensive product documentation, such as user manuals, internal Wikis, API guides, and other related training materials, ensuring they are well-written and accessible to enable internal users and customers to effectively utilize electronic signature and digital certificate solutions.
Functional TestingEnsure the quality of the development through testing at the functional level.
