What You Will Do in SignaturitProduct RoadmapAs a Product Owner Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with our business goals and customer needs.
Compliance and SecurityYou will ensure that our products comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as eIDAS, GDPR, and PKI, and implement robust security measures to protect users' digital identities and sensitive information.
Product ManagementYou will lead the development and enhancement of our electronic signature and digital certificate products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
Market ResearchYou will conduct market analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes related to electronic signatures and digital certificates.
Customer CentricityYou will engage with end-users, customer success, support, sales to gather feedback, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Define Clear Product RequirementsYou will define product requirements, creating detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, to be passed on to UX and engineering.
Backlog PrioritizationYou will prioritize the backlog based on customer feedback, business goals, and resources available.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional TeamsYou will work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, sales, customer support, design, and other teams to support product launches, solve customer issues, and drive adoption and growth.
Documentation and TrainingYou will create comprehensive product documentation, such as user manuals, internal Wikis, API guides, and other related training materials, ensuring they are well-written and accessible to enable internal users and customers to effectively utilize electronic signature and digital certificate solutions.
Functional TestingYou will ensure the quality of the development through testing at the functional level.
What Skills Will Make You Perfect?You will be successful if you have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role.
