The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies, managing a small team, and collaborating with HRBPs and hiring managers to drive the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategic talent acquisition projects and recruiting activities.
- Manage and lead a small team within talent acquisition, developing team members to increase business acumen and functional skills.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers on search strategies and solutions.
- Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maximize the use of recruiting tools and technologies to streamline activities.
- Ensure talent acquisition compliance processes and represent the functional area during internal and external audits.
- Drive employer value and branding propositions initiatives.
- Interface with external experts to understand market trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 8 years of related talent acquisition experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing company.
- Demonstrated experience directly sourcing external passive talent.
- Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to meet rapidly changing business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leadership.
