As a key member of our Geospatial Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to businesses in various countries, including Spain, France, Germany, LATAM, and others.
Main Responsibilities- Dataset Management: Manage InSAR datasets using ESRI ArcGIS software to tailor datasets to the needs of end-users while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Report Writing: Write clear, professional reports in Spanish and English that incorporate spatial data analysis and geographic information related to mining, oil & gas, civil engineering, and natural hazards projects.
- Presentation Preparation: Prepare professional presentations to deliver results to clients in coordination with sales and technical managers, attending meetings with them.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to build and maintain strong, professional relationships under the coordination of managers and senior colleagues.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering on commitments to clients.
- Data Integration: Compile, manage, and integrate spatial datasets obtained from various sources, including geological data, production information, optical imagery, and existing maps.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with the data processing technical team and sales teams.
- Marketing Support: Support sales and marketing by preparing material (presentations, case histories, white papers, etc.), attending company booths at tradeshows, and attending technical conferences.
- Education: Master's degree in Engineering disciplines (Geotechnical, Mining, Environmental, Civil) or Geology, Geomatics, Geophysics.
- Software Skills: Knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro software, and QGIS.
- Office Suite: Competency with the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Language: C-level English knowledge (writing and speaking).
- InSAR and Remote Sensing: Knowledge of InSAR, remote sensing, and surveying techniques.
- Industry Background: Background in mining, oil & gas, civil engineering, or geodesy (Geotechnical, Geological, Engineering).
- Client Support: Previous working experience in client support.
- Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, being flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
- Communication Skills: Technical report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects while sticking to hard deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to form strong professional relationships within a small diverse team.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to use creative thinking to solve problems and find new solutions.
- Client Interaction: Ability to positively interact with clients, understand their needs, and solve their problems quickly and effectively.
- Travel: Ability to travel within Spain and occasionally beyond (EU, LATAM, Middle East).
