We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of our apartments in Madrid.

About Us

Ukio is one of the most promising startups of 2024 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, and Paris. Our mission is to empower individuals to live where they want, when they want, by disrupting the traditional residential real estate market.

We remove all the hassle around finding a rental with no long-term contracts, security deposits, broker fees, moving/buying furniture, etc., giving choice and flexibility to allow people to plant their roots anywhere. The Role

As a Facilities Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintenance of our apartments in Madrid. This includes scheduling technical visits from outsourced companies, coordinating handyman tasks and movements with the Maintenance Supervisor, conducting on-site inspections to check apartment conditions, and reporting and tracking maintenance issues with the Supply Team.

You will also facilitate clear communication between internal teams via HubSpot and assist with interventions during visits to ensure smooth access and completion.

Requirements
  • C1 Spanish level and B1 English level
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Organized, able to follow up processes and to deliver fast follow-up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
  • Able to put pressure on stakeholders for fastest resolution

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately €25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
