Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Marketing Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance. As a specialist advisor for German companies, you will play a crucial role in improving their online advertising campaigns and identifying areas of growth.

About the Role:

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team increasing the Client customer base across EMEA. You will be part of the largest team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the German online marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective online advertising campaigns for German companies
  • Identify areas of growth and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with the sales team to increase the Client customer base across EMEA
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create unique customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • Native level of Norwegian
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in advertising, PPC campaigns, and outbound sales (preferably B2B)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday)

  • Salary conditions: from 25,500€ up to 30,000€ gross/year
