Job Title: Hybrid Marketing Position in Barcelona for Native Norwegian Speakers

At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Native Norwegian speaker, you will play a key role in creating and localizing marketing content for the Norwegian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Assist in the development of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns, tailored to the Norwegian audience.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the execution of marketing campaigns and track their performance to ensure maximum impact.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand consumer behavior and market trends in Norway, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Content Management: Help manage and monitor social media channels and website content to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across platforms.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative tasks, such as organizing marketing materials and reports, to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native Norwegian speaker with strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
