Adp, Inc. is hiring a seasoned product leader for our international mid-market Human Capital Management (HCM) offering. As a Global Product Director, you will define the strategic vision and delivery of iHCM, addressing internal and external business changes, market challenges, and regulatory issues. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the global HR tech space and/or payroll or other adjacent software business services solutions.

About the Role

This is a leadership role that requires exceptional communication and presentation skills. You will lead a team of international product managers who are responsible for working across various stakeholders, including Business Unit leaders, Sales and Service Leaders, and Developers. Your primary responsibility will be to define and achieve strategic product objectives, spanning revenue growth, client retention, market share, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence Product and Go-To-Market Strategies: Develop and manage product roadmaps, drive innovation, strategy, growth, and revenue.
  • Measure the success of products by defining and monitoring key metrics and adoption rates.
  • Define internal/external client metrics and tracking measures to ensure success.
Portfolio Planning and Prioritization

You will respond to market shifts that affect the product offering, maximizing benefit across emerging technologies like GenAI and their effect on the product offering.

What You'll Do

• Influence Product and Go-To-Market Strategies: Drive the strategic direction of our mid-market HR product; oversee the development and management of product roadmaps. Directs all aspects of product lifecycle and overall product readiness, driving innovation, strategy, growth, and revenue. Clearly articulates strategies and the pros and cons of options. Gets buy-in from their teams and leadership on product strategies. Ability to interface, present and influence executive levels at Adp, Inc.

• Measure the success of products by defining and monitoring key metrics and adoption rates. Knows which are the most meaningful KPIs to track across products to drive product line OKRs. Defines internal/external client metrics and tracking measures to ensure success.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
