Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ICS Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at ABB. As a key member of our cybersecurity department, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support, customer lifecycle management, innovation, and collaboration.

In this role, you will work closely with sales, product management, solution architects, and development teams to identify customer needs, demonstrate and articulate the features of our digital solutions, and help customers achieve their solution goals and objectives.

You will also be responsible for coaching customers on the effective use of our digital solutions and helping them to leverage domain expertise and knowledge about ABB's digital solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical sales support to customers, identifying their needs and demonstrating the features of our digital solutions.
  • Participate in customer lifecycle management, covering digital opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC/Pilot, solution deployment, and post-go-live operations/support.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, solution architects, and development teams for future planning, feature development, and support of product deliverables.
  • Coach customers on the effective use of our digital solutions and help them to leverage domain expertise and knowledge about ABB's digital solutions.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity.
  • ISA – 62443 Cybersecurity Expert Certification.
  • Enhanced knowledge of cybersecurity, mainly in operation technologies.
  • Passion for sharing technical knowledge with different stakeholders and ease of communication.
  • Degree in computer sciences, IT systems, cybersecurity, or similar.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Current Spanish work permit.
