About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Professional to join our team at ABB. As an ICS Cybersecurity Expert, you will play a key role in addressing global challenges and empowering everyone to create sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions and the adoption of digital platforms and solutions into the customer business environment.
  • Provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Showcase expertise by helping customers achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge on ABB's digital solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Technical Sales Support: Identify customer needs to demonstrate and articulate the features of the digital solution and how it is best suited for the customer needs.
  • Customer Lifecycle Management: Participate in the assigned stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle covering digital opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, PoC / Pilot, solution deployment and post go-live operations / support.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Ideation workstreams, from identifying needs to validated and defined development together with cross-functional teams of Digital software engineers, User Experience and subject matter experts for Value Creation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product management, solution architects and development teams for future planning, feature development, and support of product deliverables.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Coach customers for them to effectively utilize digital solutions, and help them to achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise as well as knowledge about ABB's digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity.
  • ISA – 62443 Cybersecurity Expert Certification.
  • Enhanced knowledge of cybersecurity, mainly in operation technologies.
  • Passionate about sharing technical knowledge with different stakeholders, and have ease communicating.
  • Degree in computer sciences, IT systems, cybersecurity or similar.
