En Mur & Martí, estamos buscando a un Talent Acquisition Intern para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos en Barcelona.

Somos una consultora especializada en la búsqueda, formación y acompañamiento de perfiles técnicos y ejecutivos. Actualmente, estamos en un momento de crecimiento y estamos buscando a alguien que se una a nuestro equipo.

La Posición

Como Talent Acquisition Intern, formarás parte de nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos y participarás en los procesos de selección de personas. Serás responsable de la redacción de job descriptions, la publicación de ofertas de empleo y la búsqueda activa de perfiles profesionales.

Funciones

  • Redacción de job descriptions con los detalles de los requerimientos de cada posición.
  • PUBLICACIÓN DE LAS OFERTAS DE EMPLEO EN LOS DISTINTOS PORTALES CON LOS QUE TRABAJAMOS.
  • Realización de búsqueda activa de perfiles profesionales en las distintas plataformas con las que trabajamos.
  • Realización de entrevistas presenciales/videollamada en profundidad para conocer en detalle a los perfiles validados por cliente.

Requerimientos

  • Estar cursando estudios en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Derecho o Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
  • Nivel de inglés Advanced.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, actitud proactiva e interés por el área de selección de personas.
  • Tener disponibilidad para poder establecer un convenio de prácticas entre la empresa y la Universidad.
