Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ebury Programme Coordinator Expert to support various projects and ongoing initiatives within our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) programme. This role will be responsible for monitoring project progress, tracking status, maintaining trackers and communicating with task owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of projects, programmes or initiatives.
  • Track the status of each action in detail, identifying potential roadblocks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date trackers relating to key compliance activities.
  • Support the FCC Senior Programme Coordinator in planning new projects, developing meeting packs and preparing minutes.
  • Design and implement effective programme reporting mechanisms, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify best practices and inefficient procedures, improving future programme outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication with task owners, addressing queries and providing updates.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring seamless programme operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex activities, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Proven organisational skills, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, making informed decisions and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Firm understanding of procedures that increase efficiency, driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides, applying technical skills to enhance programme outcomes.
  • Dedication to fostering a collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and knowledge-sharing.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, approaching challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Fluency in English, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders.

About You:
