Your Role
We're seeking a highly skilled CRO Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key player in our user experience optimization team, you'll be responsible for executing test planning and stakeholder management.
Your tasks will include discovering opportunities to optimize our platforms, managing our backlog of A/B test ideas, and translating opportunities into detailed test cards.
You'll also brief tests to our external CRO partner and manage the CRO program pipeline from opportunity development to launching and monitoring performance.
What You Bring to the Table
To succeed in this role, you'll need a hands-on mentality, good planning and organization skills, and analytical abilities.
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in A/B testing as a CRO Specialist, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, social science, or business economics discipline, and experience with tools like GA4, ContentSquare, Kameleoon/Optimizely/Qubit, GetFeedback, Tableau, and Exponea.

Our Hiring Process
