Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables) is a key business pillar of the Grupo Repsol, part of the company's strategic plan 2021-2025. Our goal is to decarbonize our product portfolio and solidify our position as a multi-energy provider at the national and international level. We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Controller to join our team in the CFO's office, located in the Repsol Campus in Madrid.

Your main objective will be to provide information and analysis to support the company's decision-making process, as well as to facilitate the necessary information to corporate areas in the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, annual, quarterly, and results reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the analysis structure and reporting models
  • Prepare financial reports and control budget objectives
  • Analyze deviations and KPIs in operational and financial areas
  • Analyze working capital and cash situation of the business
  • Ensure that the analytical report is consistent with estimates
  • Collaborate in the definition of the cost center structure
  • Support in the preparation of the annual budget and annual forecasts
  • Participate in cross-functional digitalization projects

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, or profile of Engineer with financial knowledge
  • Training in accounting and financial statement analysis
  • Knowledge of the electricity market and sector regulation
  • Knowledge of control models, cash flow projections
  • Level C1 of English
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
