Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global demand generation and partner marketing managers to review and verify marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
- Develop, execute, analyze, and report on email campaigns, landing pages, and global templates, leveraging advanced segmentation and dynamic lists.
- Set up and execute drip/nurture marketing campaigns with complex logic, driving lead generation and conversion.
- Provide best practices for email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene, and compliance, ensuring seamless marketing operations.
- Plan and execute A/B testing, progressive profiling, and other advanced marketing capabilities, driving business growth and customer engagement.
- Maintain Marketo integration with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and marketing automation.
- Document Marketo processes, programs, and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Marketo from an administrator capacity.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in marketing, computer science, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work collaboratively with remote international teams.
- Desirable: experience working with Salesforce Lightning email deliverability and demand generation teams.
