Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Data Procurement Senior Specialist to join our Global External Content Management team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of vendors across different geographies, ensuring no disruptions to business. Your expertise in research/vendor/contract management, negotiation, and vendor oversight will be invaluable in driving business behaviors and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of vendors, including renewals, to ensure seamless business operations.
  2. Identify savings opportunities and build relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Negotiate and set new vendor contracts, leveraging your analytical skills to inform negotiation strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree with high academic achievement.
  • 4-6+ years of relevant business experience in the professional services industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of the key players in the information management industry and their strategies, pricing models, and technologies.
  • Strong analytic and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
About the Role

This role is part of our global external content team, covering Sourcing/Contract management, Sourcing Operations, Integration & Portal, and Training & Communications. You will work closely with sourcing teammates and other colleagues, as well as business stakeholders and vendors globally.
