Your Role as Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner
- Qualifying new potential clients and leads through effective communication and relationship-building
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue and expand customer base
- Building and maintaining a database of customer information for future reference
- Collaborating with the team to share information and ensure seamless communication
- Providing ad-hoc support as needed to ensure the success of the team and project
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of French
- A good level of English is a plus
- Motivation, reliability, and commitment to your work
- Previous experience in sales
- A drive for excellence and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to work with diverse nationalities
Additional Requirements
Please note that:
- EU Citizenship or a valid work permit/residency card is mandatory
- The type of contract is a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Working hours are 40h/week (8h/day) from Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts
Salary and Benefits
You will be offered:
- A competitive salary of 1040€ gross/month, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included)
- A salary of 1240€ gross/month without accommodation
- Private health insurance after 6 months of contract
- Relocation support for international candidates, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
