Job Requirements
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the counter and ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure effective product merchandising and maintain visual standards according to brand guidelines.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Nordstrom management and staff.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand story.
  • Coaching and Evaluation: Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management and replenishment of products.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Beauty Industry Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Beauty Knowledge: Passion for beauty and knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury products.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
