Job Requirements- Operational Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of the counter and ensure optimal performance.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure effective product merchandising and maintain visual standards according to brand guidelines.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Nordstrom management and staff.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Training and Development: Train and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand story.
- Coaching and Evaluation: Conduct regular coaching and performance evaluations.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory management and replenishment of products.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Beauty Industry Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales Performance: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Beauty Knowledge: Passion for beauty and knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury products.
