ORGANISATION Reports to Controlling & Planning ManagerJob Location: Pozuelo de AlarcónContract type: Permanent Contract, 40 hours per weekMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the teams with data analysis, harmonizing tools across the business to ensure simplification and faster decisions.Gather, review and analyse business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools.Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.Determinate risks and opportunities of the business.Establish good working relationships with key internal & external stakeholders and further develop partnershipsDetermine and ensure the flow of information (files, processes, SharePoint, BPC) with the rest of the departments and with international headquarters.REPORTING & ANALYSIS Provide reporting and analysis.Provide data and analytical support for presentations and business reviewsCreates ad-hoc measures and reports as required /requested to support analysisHelp derive key strategic insights from the myriad data types that are availableAssist in the identification and development of business opportunities through analysis and interpretation of consumer, customer and market dataCompetency in Microsoft applications: PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI.Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional efforts in the market, developing a ROI cultureBecome a data owner ensuring end-to-end accuracy on key deliverablesPROFILE Fluency in EnglishBachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2-3 years' experience.Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Detail oriented, ability to roll up the sleeves and work on multiple projects.Continuous improvement mindset.Willing and motivated to face issues and difficulties.Ability to communicate well with multi-faceted departments.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast paced environmentAlignment with the group's «Trust8» working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success
