About the Role
As a Data-Driven Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for collaborating with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to improve their digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Account management for 8+ clients, including managing relationships and customer expectations;
- Running customer touchpoint meetings and working as an extension of the client's team;
- Creating detailed analysis for clients by finding answers from Digital Experience data;
- Representing clients within Dynatrace for Digital Experience Monitoring issues;
- Working with the team to improve processes, identify training gaps, and share ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines;
- 3-5 years of experience with data analysis, including looking at and distilling complex data;
- Fluent English and Italian language skills;
- Experience in data-driven analysis and working with data visualization tools.
