Role Overview: As a Chief Financial Systems Architect, you will be responsible for driving and participating in IT projects promoted by the Finance area or other departments of the company. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with current financial policies, procedures, models, and self-warding the usefulness and reliability of financial information. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, both at business units and global level, to align their needs with top Management and IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in IT projects, ensuring compliance with current financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage business demand and support the Finance community in their technology needs.
  • Collaborate and partner with IT daily to align on solutions and strategies to solve business needs.
  • Promote standardization of processes and best practices across all group companies.
  • Facilitate understanding of models and procedures within the organization through training, communication, and timely support.
  • Update and develop related documentation in the company's Financial Manual.
  • Perform master data maintenance according to established models.
  • Propose and lead new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial systems, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing financial systems and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, multifunctional team environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
