Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Management Specialist to join our team at BASF SE. As a key member of our Product team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing warehouse management processes for our SAP-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our team of warehouse consultants to provide expert advice on warehouse management solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of our IT and digitalization solutions.
  • Contribute to project planning and cost estimations, and prepare and conduct user training.
  • Customize SAP EWM processes and integrate them with other SAP modules, such as MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, and PP.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of logistics processes and experience with SAP WM/EWM, including customizing and knowledge of other SAP modules.
  • Basic or advanced ABAP debugging knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience in at least one of the following SAP solutions: SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP WM / Stock Room Management, SAP LE (Logistics Execution), or SAP MM (Inventory Management).
