Buscamos a un profesional experimentado y creativo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Apple Tree como **Director Creativo Senior**. En este rol, serás responsable de liderar proyectos creativos y desarrollar estrategias innovadoras para nuestros clientes.

**Responsabilidades**

  • Idear y desarrollar campañas creativas integradas que incluyan publicidad, eventos y contenido digital.
  • Participar en la conceptualización y desarrollo de campañas publicitarias para una cartera amplia de clientes.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar campañas on/off que incluyan publicidad en redes sociales, correo electrónico y otros canales.
  • Investigar y analizar tendencias en diseño, comunicación y creatividad para desarrollar propuestas innovadoras.
  • Desarrollar la imagen y la marca integral de nuestros clientes, creando guías de estilo y supervisando la ejecución de proyectos.
  • Gestionar y coordinar proyectos creativos y supervisar a perfiles junior.
  • Desarrollar y supervisar artes finales para proyectos de publicidad y marketing.

**Requisitos**

  • Excelente gusto en la dirección de arte y un alto nivel de craft en cada pieza que desarrolla.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente en inglés y castellano, tanto hablado como escrito.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en un rol similar, con gestión de proyectos y experiencia en diseño y producción visual.
  • Conocimientos en Adobe Creative Suite, especialmente en Illustrator, Photoshop e InDesign.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros profesionales.
  • Disposición para aprender y crecer con la empresa.
