**Digital Finance Specialist Lead**
We are seeking a skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Finance Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to drive insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies, processes, and systems that support digital operations.
You will be part of a Finance team responsible for transforming our operating model, focusing on simplifying and centralizing activities, leveraging digital technology, and artificial intelligence to improve quality, deliver efficiency, and superior value to the business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the timely delivery of transformative projects related to the development of Finance Data powerhouse.
- Business partnering to identify new digital requirements across functions and drive change management to adopt solutions across the business.
- Continuous identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends/patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets, leveraging the analysis for process improvements.
- Quickly learn and pilot the use of tools, data sources, and analytical techniques needed to answer a wide range of critical business questions and to improve status quo.
- Implement process improvements, including trainings on products, change management, and communications strategies.
- Own the governance and management of relevant reporting applications.
- Maintain the Finance Portal with all information always updated, promote sharing of best practices and knowledge to help improve efficiencies.
About the Role:
This is a key role responsible for the ongoing operations, maintenance, performance, and availability of Finance Data, ensuring the timely delivery of services to the BR Finance team to support financial planning and decision-making.
