About the Role

Puig is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a portfolio of luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Iberia team, responsible for gathering, integrating, and transforming data into actionable business insights that drive value and inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining and executing data collection procedures for Fragrances & Make Up across the Iberia market.
  • Help curate data using company resources and standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Support in analyzing market and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities specific to the Iberia region.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to be shared with Local Markets and HQ Top Management.
  • Contribute to the development of market evolution forecasts as part of the 3-year strategic planning process for Iberia.
