IT Technician - Field Support

We are looking for a skilled IT technician to provide field support for IT hardware deployments at client locations.

This role involves installing and retiring servers, printers, and other retail peripherals, as well as collecting data and testing equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of servers, printers, and peripherals, and be able to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Spanish and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and retire IT hardware such as servers, printers, and retail peripherals.
  • Manage cable installations and basic configuration of devices.
  • Collect data and perform site surveys.
  • Test equipment and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of servers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to travel across Spain and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or Sundays.
