We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our Global Cybersecurity Governance team at Siemens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a state-of-the-art cybersecurity policy framework based on technological trends and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop future-ready Cybersecurity policies and control objectives.
- Regularly review and maintain Cybersecurity policies, control objectives, and standards.
- Train Siemens Cybersecurity Community to understand Siemens Cybersecurity Policy Framework.
- Engage with IT and Business Units to ensure alignment of Cybersecurity policies, control objectives, and standards with business needs and technological developments.
Requirements
- Master's degree or similar in Cybersecurity, computer science, or engineering.
- 1 to 2 years professional experience in the field of cybersecurity governance.
- English fluent proficiency both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively, negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
- Knowledge about cybersecurity governance frameworks, including industrial security frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT, IEC, etc.).
- Experience in setting up ISMS systems, auditing, and/or certifying them is a plus.
- Certification on ISO27001 and IEC 62443 frameworks, as well as CISA, CISM is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to collaborate with others.
