Digital Advertising Specialist

Coffee King is seeking a skilled Paid Advertising Specialist to lead our digital advertising efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective campaign management and optimization.

• Design, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Amazon Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Maximize return on investment (ROAS) and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) through data-driven decision making.
• Perform keyword analysis and adjust bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Develop and execute advanced retargeting and remarketing strategies to increase conversions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Propose and execute A/B tests to optimize ads and improve performance.
• Coordinate paid advertising campaigns with email marketing strategies for best results.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, making ongoing adjustments to improve effectiveness.

• More than 3 years of experience in SEM campaign management and social media advertising.
• Experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Experience in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Proven experience in creating and managing retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage advertising budgets in the range of 2,000-10,000€ per month.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on measurable results.
• Experience implementing A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimization.

Preferred experience:

• Previous e-commerce experience, especially in consumer products.
• Knowledge of how to combine email marketing strategies with paid advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or WordStream.
• Experience in advanced campaign management on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
