The Team

The Celoboost team is part of Celonis' AI initiatives and is responsible for developing innovative AI products for the Celonis Platform. Our team works on Process Mining and sales support tools, creating a demo platform, synthetic data generation, and Process Mining project management for partners.

The Role

As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-friendly experiences to our customers. You will work at the forefront of frontend development, pushing the boundaries of product, UX, and engineering to grow our Process Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale features that can scale across the organization
  • Make architectural proposals and lead a team of engineers to implement them
  • Take ownership of product discussions and shape the roadmap for certain areas
  • Recognize and improve the developer work environment
  • Mentor and grow your teammates
  • Write clean, understandable, and testable code
  • Provide feedback on designs and code
  • Build, launch, and maintain features in production
  • Share knowledge with a cross-org impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Familiarity with Frontend reactive frameworks, such as Angular and its versions
  • Proven leadership experience in large and complex projects
  • Proven experience with assessing and enhancing performance of Large Scale Apps
  • Proven experience with architectural impact in Large Scale Apps
