The Team

The C4C team is responsible for the Celonis for Consulting Hub and TryCelonis Hub. The C4C Hub enables our partners to launch and manage Enterprise Management System (EMS) projects for various customers, allowing them to leverage Process Mining for their use cases. The TryCelonis Hub is used by internal Celonis users and partners to launch EMS demo projects, showcasing the benefits of Celonis' EMS in various use cases.

The Role

As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-friendly experiences to Celonis Platform users. You will be at the forefront of frontend development, pushing the boundaries of product, UX, and engineering to grow our Process Intelligence Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, complex features that can scale across the organization
  • Make architectural and initiative proposals on our platform and lead a team of engineers to implement them
  • Take independent ownership in product discussions and shape the roadmap for certain areas
  • Recognize and improve the developer work environment
  • Mentor and grow your teammates
  • Write clean, understandable, and testable code
  • Provide feedback on designs and code
  • Build, launch, and maintain features in production
  • Share knowledge with a cross-organizational impact

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Familiarity with frontend reactive frameworks, such as Angular and its versions
  • Proven leadership experience in large and complex projects
  • Proven experience with assessing and enhancing performance of large-scale applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
