Job Description

We are seeking a talented FP&A Business Analyst to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion by providing actionable insights and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to plan, measure, and forecast business performance
  • Participate in annual planning, long-term planning, rolling forecast, and variance process
  • Support financial reporting and analysis for the Marketing team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and People Ops, to drive business success
  • Prepare and review financial decks to promote internal and external understanding of the company's financial results

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain financial models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in FP&A or a related field
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial planning and analysis
