About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Product Safety and Stewardship team in Italy and Spain. As our new Head of Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable, profitable client relationships, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Product Safety and Stewardship consultants across Spain and Italy
  • Understand Ramboll's strategy, vision, and distinctiveness and effectively select, drive, and lead sales to target clients in support of Ramboll's strategic direction
  • Develop client business relationships and become their trusted advisor
  • Become a thought leader in identifying regulatory, economic, and societal trends and turning them into business opportunities
  • Mentor staff to help strengthen overall Health Sciences Spearhead and Service Area, and foster a team approach, especially for Italy and Spain, to project implementation and client development
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven background in (eco-)toxicology, biology, chemistry, or similar. You should have demonstrable experience in product regulatory affairs, including REACH knowledge, and be comfortable leading a team and creating solutions that result in successful project outcomes and staff development.
