This role plays a critical part in shaping our organization's success by overseeing and monitoring HR processes, including communication, recruitment, labor relations, training, and payroll maintenance. As an HR Advisor II, you'll provide customer service solutions and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
Communications and Internal Campaigns
We're looking for someone who can effectively communicate internal campaigns and generate content for internal communication.
Talent Acquisition and Retention
Analyze indicators of turnover and absenteeism to develop strategies to improve results every month.
Control headcount based on demand and budget, coordinating vacancy coverage strategy.
HR Compliance and Administration
Ensure compliance with the certification program and assignment of salary categories.
Monitor compliance with the annual development and training plan, updating job descriptions as needed.
Onboarding and Engagement
Coordinate and monitor the onboarding plan, round tables, and support engagement activities.
This role also supports different initiatives and upholds environmental, safety, and quality policies established in the organization.
Expected qualifications include:
A Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar positions.
Familiarity with LFT, SUA, IDSE, Payroll, and Office applications.
Advanced English level required.
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in innovation or process implementation, as well as service attitude, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
