Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic issuer business development professional to identify loyalty sales opportunities among financial institutions in Western Europe. This role requires collaborating with the broader Mastercard sales and account teams to create compelling propositions for clients using our diverse range of loyalty products and vendors.
About the Role:
- Sell loyalty solutions and services to financial institutions in the Western Europe region, including new and emerging neo banks.
- Assist banks in redefining their loyalty strategies to achieve better business results by transitioning to a Mastercard loyalty solution.
- Develop persuasive sales narratives, technical solutions, and client loyalty/commercial loyalty models.
- Facilitate deal closures through contracting and pricing approvals.
About You:
- You have hands-on experience in Platform / SaaS sales or/and sales in the financial services industry.
- You have the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and ideally in Italian, French, or Spanish.
- You are a dynamic and ambitious sales expert with high energy.
- You possess excellent relationship management skills, presentation skills, a good level of financial and technical acumen, and extensive experience in loyalty and loyalty program management.
