Job Description

Support Our Clients

We are seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to support our existing clients in various technical matters related to our software portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting our data model in SQL Server and Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support our data model in SQL Server and Oracle environments
  • Provide technical solutions to troubleshoot any kind of issues independently
  • Contribute to technical projects for existing software solutions and their integration in the customer environment
  • Support project participants and project management with expertise and solutions
  • Transfer projects into regular operations at the customer and support colleagues and customers in support cases/escalations
  • Contribute to technical groups and analyze client requirements to come up with technical solutions
  • Support the NielsenIQ sales team and analytics team with technical competence and experience
  • Build strong partnerships with defined customers and inspire them in accordance with contractual agreements

Qualifications

  • Software support and administration skills
  • Database experience in SQL Server and Oracle
  • Strong communication skills (Spanish & English)
  • Reliability and commitment to the project and support
  • Patience and ability to find solutions to problems
  • Ability to work in a team and collaboratively with internal and external experts
  • Understanding of customer issues to meet customer needs
  • Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
