About Coesia, a global leader in innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions, we are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation, with a focus on packaging machines. Key responsibilities will include designing and developing automation solutions, programming PLCs and HMIs, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our machines.

As an Automation Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for training and guiding technicians, as well as supporting our service team.

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual who is able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. A strong understanding of SCADA systems, motion control, and PLC programming is essential, as is experience working in a pharmaceutical or food industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation solutions for packaging machines

  • Train and guide technicians to ensure successful project completion
  • Support the service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Contribute to the development of new automation technologies and solutions

Requirements:

  • Strong background in industrial automation, with a focus on packaging machines
  • Experience working with SCADA systems, motion control, and PLC programming
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer sites
