Key Responsibilities- Lead the DevOps team in implementing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Build and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Mentor new team members and provide leadership and guidance to the DevOps team.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role and 5 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS and related technologies (Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficient knowledge of networking and hybrid cloud concepts.
- Heavy automation domain knowledge and experience with IaaC tools (Terraform).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, etc.).
- Experience in scripting (Bash, Python).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to align team workload with team velocity to ensure tasks are properly planned and delivered on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
