About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Planner to join our Consumer business team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in creating new customer demand, setting up pricing of products, and managing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate agreements with national customers and oversee their implementation
  • Create new customer demand through strategic planning and execution
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, including temporary price promotions and customer-specific prices
  • Manage customer invoices, including budget allocation and dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with pricing, credit control, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in account planning or similar roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Spanish and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
