About the Role:

We are seeking a RAN Solutions Architect who will play a crucial role in the analysis, design, and development of commercially viable technical solutions tailored for our clients. This position entails a commitment to delivering profitable business outcomes for Ericsson by effectively translating customer requirements and technological possibilities into comprehensive technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

PRODUCT & SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT:

· Define and design innovative solution offerings, driving comprehensive technical solutions.

· Analyze customer technology, articulate business requirements, and engage in risk assessment.

· Create and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to various customer audiences.

· Support the implementation of solutions.

· Provide constructive feedback to Research and Development teams.

· Stay informed about emerging technologies and share insights to enhance customer capabilities.

· Possess in-depth knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters.

· Define baseline parameters for 5G/4G features.

· Maintain a strong understanding of radio interface standards.

NETWORK DESIGN AND PLANNING:

· Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of network construction and rollout.

· Exhibit proficiency in R&D tools and engineering principles.

· Contribute to the establishment of operational dashboards for monitoring project statuses.

NETWORK PERFORMANCE:

· Stay updated on NDO Services and tools portfolio, and manage Assessment Gateway Guidelines.

· Leverage senior experience in daily KPI analysis and propose corrective measures.

· Anticipate performance challenges and proactively identify service opportunities.

· Identify potential risks to network performance at project initiation or during execution, and recommend mitigation strategies.

· Propose recovery plans in response to network performance issues.

· Prevent quality concerns and bottlenecks in mid-term network evolution.

· Propose new ways of working and metrics, such as S-KPIs to replace traditional KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles.

· Domain Expertise: Specialization in RAN.

· Technical Background: Experience in roles such as Integration Engineer or Software Developer is essential.

· Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.

· Personal Attributes: Team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to be self-driven, take initiative, and work effectively under pressure.

· Customer Focus: Strong consultative approach with a high emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

· Communication Skills: Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities.

· Innovation: A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Additional Assets:

· GIAP certification as a Solutions Architect.

· K2 Acceptance Gateway Certification is advantageous.

· Knowledge in Data Analytics is a plus.
