RAN Solution Architect

About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled RAN Solution Architect to join our team at Ericsson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope, define, and design solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions.
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
- Develop and perform technical presentations and proposals to customers.
- Support deployment of solutions.
- Provide feedback to R&D.
- Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence build.
Requirements:
- Education: MS in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum years of experience: 5 years.
- Domain experience: area of expertise – RAN.
- Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g., experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer.
- Fluent in Spanish and English language.
- Team player with demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, initiative, and ability to work under pressure and learn independently.
