Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation and day-to-day management of the Data Privacy program for the MPT and Pharma segments in WE geographies, ensuring compliance with Baxter Global Privacy Policy and GDPR policy.
- Manage Switzerland privacy compliance as the European Headquarters.
- Partner with senior functional leaders to mobilize resources across the organization to implement the Data Privacy program, ensuring compliance with data protection legal requirements.
- Drive Baxter's GDPR compliance efforts and milestones, building a culture of privacy.
- Act as the deputy of the Associate General Counsel, EU DPO, HST CPS Europe/ECEMEA, and implement the Baxter Privacy Office program.
- Expert legal advice and counsel on privacy matters.
- Leadership skills to leverage business and industry information to enable the business or region in identifying and solving business issues.
- Ability to act independently and provide expert legal advice and counsel to Baxter on privacy matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to partner and interact closely with country leaders and/or teams.
