Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for achieving success through effective marketing and sales strategies.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for direct and indirect sales, lead generation, and application of reciprocating engine energy solutions in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The successful candidate will have experience with promoting and positioning reciprocating gas engines as essential components in the Oil & Gas sector and distributed generation in the United States. Experience in O&G or Thermal Generation is a plus.

The role involves identifying and generating leads and qualified opportunities for the company's sales team and sales channel partners (distributors and service partners). The Business Development Manager will also assist in the business transition to a more agile and entrepreneurial business model during a critical period of organizational change.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 5+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales. They will be proficient with CRM technologies and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

The Business Development Manager will provide valuable feedback to management and R&D teams on market needs and product development requirements specific to the Oil & Gas sector.
